Kenia Hudson-Ott Treasurer

Kenia is originally from Irapuato, Mexico and holds a Communications degree from Universidad Iberoamericana. She began her career in television, radio production, and marketing. From 2018 to 2023 she served on the City of Garland’s Parks and Recreation Board, where she championed trail development, shade structures, and other park improvements and advocated for the 2019 Parks Bond program. Kenia is a co-founder and Treasurer of The Garland Parks Foundation. She and her husband, Chris Ott, are active supporters of Garland’s parks, public spaces, and community initiatives.
